Golf Performance and Injury Prevention Program

Golfing difficulties

Many golfers struggle to make the body do what it should during various parts of the golf swing. Certain swing characteristics must occur at a precise moment in time in order for the ball to fly far and straight. Ultimate goal for all golfers is to have the most efficient swing that generates the highest swing speed possible, with the clubface being square at impact.

The most efficient swing is only achievable when there is a true connection between your swing thoughts and physical capability. Your physical fitness level and biomechanical limitations  may be the primary causes of your swing limitations, robbing you of yards and fairways. On top of that, compensations that naturally occur when there are physical limitations increase your risk for unnecessary tissue stress and injuries.

Making Improvements

At Specialized Physical Therapy Solutions, your Doctors of Physical Therapy have come up with a program to assess your health, fitness level, physical attributes, movement quality, biomechanics, and swing mechanics. With a specialized assessment, we will be able to help you identify your swing and physical limitations, change your biomechanics, to help you make better swing connections and groove you for your most efficient swing possible.
